My mission is to offer enriching experiences that delve into the world of yoga and holistic well-being. Since 2016, I've been guiding students in traditional yoga and I am also certified as a face yoga instructor.
I strongly advocate for the benefits of nutrient-dense foods and promote healthy eating habits. Being a vegan for 15 years has significantly boosted my energy levels compared to my non-vegan days, empowering me to live more vibrantly.

Irina Ivanovic
Experienced yogi with more than 15 years of dedicated practice, officially becoming a yoga teacher in 2016, offering various yoga styles and sessions to group individuals and one on one sessions .
In Hatha Yoga we focus more on strength and balance as well as on alignment and breathing.
Yin Yoga
We work in deep relaxation through Yin Yoga poses, where we hold each pose for approximately 3 to 5 min. This is because we work with fascia to get more smooth and flexible body.
In Yin Yoga we also focus on breathing in each pose and meditation in the beginning or end of the class.
Children Yoga
Specialized in teaching Children Yoga from age 2 and above, teenager etc. Offering classroom sessions in schools, with a focus on nurturing children's overall well-being.
Face Yoga
We work with exercises and techniques designed to tone facial muscles, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
It aims to enhance skin elasticity and reduce signs of aging through facial movements and stretches.
Meditation/ breathing
Boost your wellness and focus with my meditation and breath work sessions.
Office Yoga
Improve your company's well-being through on-site yoga classes and mindfulness sessions or on-line classes.
